A Sawmill halves the cost of Materials. It also speeds up the delivery of Materials.

Building more Sawmills does not decrease cost or increase delivery speed further.
A Sawmill also allows you to purchase Building Permits for houses, allowing you to upgrade them to 4 stars instead of the normal 3.
